Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, assess whether outputs follow prompts, and write concise explanations of issues observed.

This role contributes to improving AI performance in real-world scenarios. Compensation is performance-based, with weekly payments and access to leading language models.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise English explanation highlighting what was seen or heard.
