Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
• 8+ years of science/research experience
• 2+ years in applied research related to algorithms, quantum info, or materials characterization
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to work 5 days a week in a SCIF at College Park, MD

Responsibilities

• Design AI solutions using foundation and large language models, leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot and Code Whisperer.
• Develop cognitive solutions analyzing structured and unstructured data with NLP/ML techniques.
• Lead the full AI project lifecycle from research to production deployment.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to solve complex business challenges with AI.
• Optimize AI capabilities in NLP, image, video, or voice processing.
