Precision Solutions, Inc. is seeking an AI Researcher for onsite work at Fort Meade, MD.

The role focuses on applied AI/ML research, experimental design, and rigorous evaluation of models and agents, with strong reporting and collaboration across Data Scientists and Developers. Applicants should have BS in Computer Science, experience with Python, Jupyter, NumPy/SciPy, and Git, and hold an active TS/SCI w/FS Poly clearance.

Formación

• Applied AI/ML research and experimental design experience.
• State-of-the-art literature reviews and statistical analysis skills.
• Experience with model and agentic system assessments and evaluation plans.

Responsabilidades

• Develop evaluation methodologies and experimental designs for assessing model and agent performance.
• Conduct reviews of current AI/ML evaluation methods and emerging techniques to inform approach selection.
• Define and document evaluation criteria, success metrics, and assessment rationale with Data Scientists.
• Assess candidate models and agentic systems and produce written technical findings and recommendations.
• Author technical reports, evaluation plans, and decision-support documentation for stakeholders.
