Weekday AI is seeking a Project Coordinator to support AI research, training-data initiatives, and operational programs. You will coordinate between program leadership, research teams, and domain experts, ensuring workflows stay organized and on track.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project coordination, strong data-management and communication skills, and experience with AI/data initiatives within tech-driven organizations.

Qualifications

• Location in the United States is required.
• STEM background strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in project coordination or similar roles with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as day-to-day contact for AI data and research projects, keeping workflows organized.
• Translate project requirements into guidelines and actionable instructions.
• Onboard and engage domain experts as projects scale.
• Participate in weekly business reviews, capture notes, and drive action items.
• Monitor quality, identify issues, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Document processes and refine project guidelines with teams.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and coordinate resolution.
• Track milestones and metrics using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and follow up across teams.
• Adapt processes as project requirements evolve.
