DoorDash AI Research Lab is hiring an Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations. You will convert frontier AI advancements into shipped products and scalable infrastructure, collaborating across research, product, and operations to move from discovery to deployment and measurable impact.

You’ll bridge technical depth with execution, engaging with merchants, engineers, and strategic partners to define bets and drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and ~5+ years in finance, management consulting, business operations or analytics in high-growth/startup environments.
• Exceptional communicator who partners with merchants, sales, support and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinker who can bring structure to unstructured, fast-moving frontier-AI environments.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine core experiences through AI by partnering with in-field teams.
• Unify major initiatives into an AI-native interaction model.
• Own revenue-driving AI initiatives and link progress to financial outcomes.
• Lead planning cycles and go-to-market strategies for AI products and capabilities.
• Develop metrics and benchmarking, localizing performance across geographies.
