Qualifications

• Direct experience in incident response or an SRE-adjacent role.
• Experience with Grafana, Datadog, and cloud-native observability.
• Proficient with Jira or ServiceNow ticketing.
• Azure cloud monitoring knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and coordinate with dev teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor system health using Grafana dashboards.
• Triage change requests and manage incident and CR records.
• Support releases and verify health post deployments.
• Improve runbooks and create automation to reduce manual work.
