Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Engineering or related functions.
• 2+ years of technical leadership for testing initiatives or automation programs.
• Experience validating AI-powered applications, AI-enabled workflows, or ML systems preferred.
• Experience in healthcare technology or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute AI Quality Engineering strategies for AI-powered applications and enterprise AI platforms.
• Lead AI validation activities including functional testing, prompt validation, and release validation.
• Develop scalable AI testing frameworks, validation datasets, and quality scoring methodologies.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Governance, Data, Product, and Clinical teams to ensure responsible AI deployment.
• Establish runtime observability, monitoring, and reliability practices for AI-enabled systems.
• Mentor Quality Engineers and drive continuous improvement in testing modernization.
