The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Release Management, DevOps, and platform engineering, with cloud deployments and Agile experience, and strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Release Management, Program Delivery, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT Operations.
• Experience supporting cloud-based platforms, enterprise applications, and infrastructure deployments.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the enterprise release management framework for AI Operations and Platform Engineering initiatives.
• Establish release calendars, governance processes, approval workflows, and release standards.
• Conduct release readiness reviews and facilitate go/no-go decisions.
• Ensure alignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), product teams, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Define release management KPIs and operational success metrics.
• Analyze release trends and drive process improvements.
• Implement release automation and standardization initiatives.
• Support Change Management and Platform Reliability maturity programs.
• Prepare executive dashboards and release performance reports.
