Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr Manager, IMSC Information Architecture Deliver, based in Titusville, US. This role leads information architecture across functional domains to enable AI-ready, trusted, and reusable data assets within Innovative Medicine Supply Chain.

You will drive end-to-end data modelling, metadata standards, and semantic consistency, collaborating with Data Owners, Governance, Operations, and technology partners to maximize data value and AI readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or regulated data environments.
• Good knowledge of industry standards and practices related to data management, FAIR, IDMP, ISO, data mesh, domain-driven design, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience in information architecture, data architecture, data modelling, or data management with conceptual and logical modelling across complex domains.
• Strong understanding of FAIR data principles, data product design, metadata management, business glossary, taxonomy, semantic modeling, ontology concepts, and knowledge graph patterns.
• Ability to translate business needs into reusable information structures, shared definitions, domain models, and data asset requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end FAIR and AI-ready data assets for functional domains, spanning master, transactional, operational, and analytics needs.
• Lead conceptual and logical information modelling for assigned domains with consistent business meaning and ownership.
• Define and apply Information Architecture standards across metadata, taxonomy, semantic modelling, ontology, and data asset design.
• Establish domain-level business semantics, including definitions, terms, relationships, classifications, and mappings between concepts and systems.
• Support the development of the AI-ready context layer by connecting metadata, business meaning, relationships, and lineage.
• Collaborate with Data Owners and process owners to ensure shared data ownership and reusable models.
• Work with Data Governance to embed metadata standards, asset requirements, and IA policies into the lifecycle.
• Partner with Data Operations and Technology to translate models into scalable, governed assets within the IA ecosystem.
• Provide IA oversight for strategic initiatives and architecture reviews, aligning new assets to standards and governance.
• Contribute to the IA operating model, playbooks, and templates to simplify adoption.
