Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Sr Manager to lead IMSC Information Architecture Deliver in Titusville, US. You will shape semantic models, metadata standards, and knowledge graphs to enable trusted, AI-ready data and scalable information assets across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with Data Owners, Governance, and Technology teams to implement architecture patterns, drive data discoverability, and support AI-enabled analytics and automation efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma or regulated data environments.
• Deep knowledge of FAIR, metadata, taxonomy, and knowledge graphs.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into reusable information structures.
• Experience with data catalogues and ontology tools.
• Ability to work in a federated operating model.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end FAIR and AI-ready data assets for domains.
• Lead conceptual and logical information modelling with clear ownership.
• Define information architecture standards across metadata, taxonomy, and ontology.
• Maintain domain-level business semantics and mappings between concepts.
• Support AI-ready context layer connecting metadata and business meaning.
• Collaborate with Data Owners, Governance, Operations, and Technology partners.
• Provide architecture oversight for strategic initiatives and reviews.
• Develop metadata cataloguing practices and reusable templates.
