Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Sr Manager, IMSC Information Architecture Plan & Source, based in Titusville, NJ. You will lead information architecture across Plan & Source domains, establishing AI-ready, semantically aligned data assets to enable analytics and trusted AI.

You will partner with Data Owners, Governance, and Technology teams to design scalable information models, minimize data duplication, and ensure consistent business meaning across the supply chain

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end FAIR and AI-ready data assets across domains.
Lead conceptual and logical information modelling for assigned domains.
Define IA principles, standards, and patterns across metadata, taxonomy, semantics, ontology, and glossary.
Establish domain-level business semantics and mappings between concepts and master data.
