Chase is seeking a Vice President, Data & Analytics — AI Enablement to lead strategy and delivery for making data AI-ready within the Card Data & Analytics organization. You will partner across data platform engineering, analytics engineering, and AI/ML teams to shape data structures, governance, and readiness for AI consumption.

The role requires extensive experience in data modeling, pipelines, modern data warehousing, and a deep understanding of AI/ML data needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data modeling, pipelines, and data warehousing.
• Fluency in AI/ML data usage and metadata.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet timelines.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Strong communication and executive presence across engineering, product and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for contextualizing and preparing data for AI/ML consumption to be trustworthy, well-modeled, discoverable and AI-ready.
• Serve as the connective partner between data platform, analytics engineering and AI/ML teams, translating business problems into governed data products.
• Set standards and drive accountability for data quality, lineage, and readiness for downstream AI/ML use cases.
• Partner with Product to shape roadmaps and prioritize data investments aligned to business value.
• Drive execution across multiple stakeholders with structure and discipline to meet deadlines.
• Communicate clearly across technical and executive audiences, translating engineering detail into business outcomes.
• Champion data governance, privacy, and risk controls in a regulated banking environment.
