Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks a Vice President, Data & Analytics – AI Enablement in the Consumer & Community Banking arm to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-ready data. You will connect data platform, analytics engineering and AI/ML teams to translate complex problems into governed data products and actionable roadmaps.

You will partner with Product to prioritize data investments, drive accountability across teams, and ensure data quality, lineage and privacy at scale in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of data platform engineering and analytics engineering concepts.
• Fluency in AI/ML and how data readiness drives outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with accountability to timelines.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Strong communication and executive presence across engineering, product and business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for contextualizing and preparing data for AI/ML consumption, ensuring data is trustworthy, well-modeled and AI-ready.
• Serve as the connective partner between data platform engineering, analytics engineering, and AI/ML teams.
• Set standards for data quality, lineage, documentation and readiness for downstream AI/ML use cases.
• Partner with Product to shape roadmaps and prioritize data investments with measurable business value.
• Drive execution across multiple stakeholders with structure, planning and discipline.
• Communicate clearly and influence across technical and executive audiences.
• Champion data governance, privacy and risk controls in a regulated banking environment.
