Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and justify your judgments with written explanations.

Contributors are paid weekly and can earn up to $15 per hour, with additional incentives depending on project requirements. Remote work and access to leading LLMs are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain observations.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise, English explanation detailing what was observed and why.
