Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain findings in writing to help improve AI systems.

Work remotely with no minimum hours, earn up to $15 per hour, and receive weekly payments. Free access to leading LLMs is included, with additional incentives based on performance and project needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Think on your feet and discuss realistic situations in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Be able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, or audio mismatch.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
