Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models, scoring and explaining what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, you’ll help shape AI behavior by comparing prompts, images, and videos and describing what looked or sounded wrong in writing. Work from home or while traveling with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• HOLD live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, or misalignment and report issues.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues.
