Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Outlier offers flexible hours, fully remote work, and weekly payments. Earn up to $15/hr with additional incentives for high-quality evaluations and timely feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to explain decisions clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable making choices when options have flaws.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural and useful each interaction sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing detailed English explanations pointing to observed issues.
