Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Quality Engineer, AI & Test Automation to modernize QA with automation-first, AI-enabled practices across digital products and enterprise apps. You’ll build automated suites, validation utilities, and quality reporting to boost release confidence and speed.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, AI Foundation, and other delivery teams to embed quality throughout the lifecycle and to align with regulatory and security expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related technical field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, acceptance criteria, and quality approaches with stakeholders.
• Design, build, maintain automated test suites for API/UI/integration and data validation.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for early quality signals.
• Support AI-enabled testing, evaluation, and guardrail validation.
