Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Quality Engineer, AI & Test Automation to modernize testing with automation-first, engineering-integrated, and AI-enabled practices across digital products and AI-enabled use cases.

You will design, build, and maintain automated test suites, validation utilities, and quality reporting while partnering with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, AI Foundation, and other delivery teams to embed quality early in the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field.
• 5–8+ years in quality engineering or test automation.
• Experience with API/UI/test automation in CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled testing concepts.
• Knowledge of defect triage, traceability, and quality metrics.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop test strategies, plans, and quality approaches with stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for API/UI/CI/CD.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate feedback.
• Validate AI-enabled capabilities and evaluate model behaviors.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure release readiness.
• Document quality processes and metrics for continuous improvement.
