Job summary

Omnicell seeks an AI Engineer for Global Quality to drive AI strategy, governance, and the deployment of AI-enabled solutions across Quality processes. You will partner with Quality, Operations, IT, Digital, and business teams to design chatbots, automation, and analytics that improve efficiency and compliance.

The role requires 4–6 years in quality, data analytics, or digital transformation, plus experience with AI platforms. It offers a hybrid work model and travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Quality, Data Analytics, Business Systems, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting business technology solutions and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in medical device industry.
• Foundational AI Knowledge - understanding of ML concepts, GenAI, AI ethics and data quality.
• Experience using AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform AI Builder, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as AI champion for Global Quality by identifying AI opportunities inside Global Quality processes and systems.
• Define AI use cases with Quality leaders to drive business value.
• Create a Global Quality AI roadmap aligned with global quality strategy.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for Quality operations.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions (chatbots, knowledge tools, workflow automation, analytics).
• Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems.
