Devoted Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Performance & Operations to lead quality efforts for frontline AI agents and human teams.

This role embeds with frontline leaders to shape quality definitions, drive real-time evaluation, and build scalable coaching workflows that boost both agent and member outcomes. The position requires strong leadership, fluency with AI tools, data-driven decision making, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering concrete improvements across multiple

Qualifications

• 4+ years in high-ownership operator roles: startup strategy, biz ops, consulting, or internal tooling PM.
• Direct people leadership experience managing or mentoring individuals or teams.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and platforms; adaptable and curious.
• Strong data fluency: self-serve analysis, derive insights from metrics.
• Systems thinking: design scalable frameworks, not just fixes.
• Instinct for quality in human interactions applied to AI systems.
• Exceptional communication; able to move teams to action across levels.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and owning outcomes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Embed with frontline teams and leaders to define what quality looks like in practice.
• Own perf of high-volume frontline AI agents across voice and chat.
• Build AI-powered quality monitoring systems with real-time evaluation.
• Create coaching workflows that surface actionable feedback to leaders.
• Visualize data, criteria, and trends so insights reach the right people.
• Scale successful systems to new teams, channels, and interaction types.
• Partner with frontline leaders to drive adoption and iterate based on feedback.
