RXinsider LTD. seeks an AI Engineer within Global Quality to drive AI-enabled improvements in quality processes, governance, and operations. You will partner with Quality, IT, and business teams to design chatbots, knowledge tools, and workflow automations that enhance decision-making and efficiency.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional collaboration, and change management to scale AI adoption and maintain data integrity across the organization.

Competenze

• 4-6 years of experience in Quality, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with business technology solutions and process improvement.
• Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
• Foundational AI knowledge: ML concepts, GenAI, AI ethics, Data Quality.

• Act as AI champion and identify opportunities to leverage AI in Global Quality processes.
• Define AI use cases with cross-functional partners to drive value.
• Create and maintain a Global Quality AI roadmap aligned to strategy.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions including chatbots and automation.
• Collaborate with IT and Digital to integrate AI with existing systems.
• Represent Global Quality on AI governance and steering committees.
• Educate teams and develop training materials on AI capabilities.
• Support governance, risk management, and ethical use of AI.
