Job summary

Omnicell is seeking an AI Engineer in Global Quality to lead AI strategy and champion AI-enabled improvements across quality processes. You will partner with Quality, Operations, IT, Digital, and business teams to design and deploy AI solutions, including chatbots, knowledge tools, and workflow automation.

You will help govern AI strategy, risk, validation, and adoption. The role requires strong AI knowledge, data analysis, and change management skills, with the ability to translate business

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Quality, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting business technology solutions and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in medical device industry.
• Foundational AI knowledge and data quality.
• Experience with AI platforms and creating AI agents or automation workflows.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as AI champion for Global Quality, identifying AI opportunities.
• Define AI use cases with cross-functional teams to drive business value.
• Create a Global Quality AI roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions (chatbots, automation, etc.).
• Collaborate with IT and Digital to integrate AI into existing systems.
• Represent Global Quality on AI governance and steering activities.
