Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Python/ML software engineer to develop and maintain Python-based applications, design and optimize ML models, and integrate AI APIs into web interfaces. You will build REST APIs with FastAPI/Flask, process data, and work with vector databases in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires strong Python skills, experience with REST APIs, Git, and Docker, plus familiarity with cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications.
• Design, train, and optimize machine learning models.
• Integrate AI APIs and frameworks into web applications.
• Develop REST APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Process, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Work with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
• Monitor, test, and improve AI model performance.
