Qualifications

• 6+ years of related strategy, operations, consulting, or program management experience.
• Experience building and scaling programs within growing or transforming teams.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, communicate priorities, and ensure follow-through.
• Experience in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple workstreams and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, distilling complexity for diverse audiences.
• Ability to build relationships and drive alignment across non-direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the AI Campaign team to build and maintain cross-functional operating rhythms.
• Translate strategy into execution: roadmaps, trackers, timelines, ownership.
• Manage day-to-day status reporting, performance tracking, and budget oversight.
• Develop scalable processes and templates to improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Serve as connective tissue across internal functions to avoid gaps.
• Support leadership reviews and senior stakeholder meetings with clear framing.
• Create repeatable playbooks and best practices for scalable program management.
• Contribute to the evolution of the broader Public Affairs Campaign PM function.
