Qualifications

• 6+ years of related strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management experience.
• Experience building, optimizing, and scaling programs within growing teams.
• Comfortable influencing senior leaders and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across multiple workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to foster cooperation across teams you don't directly manage.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-functional operating rhythms including meetings, escalations, reviews, reporting cadences, and channels.
• Translate strategy into execution: build roadmaps, track workstreams, define ownership.
• Manage day-to-day status, performance tracking, and budget; surface risks early.
• Scale processes and templates to improve collaboration as the campaign grows.
• Serve as connective tissue ensuring information flows between teams and none fall through the cracks.
• Support leadership reviews and senior stakeholder touchpoints with clearly framed materials.
