Qualifications

• 8+ years of public affairs, strategic communications, political campaigns, government relations, or policy communications.
• Experience shaping complex tech or policy narratives into measurable campaign outcomes.
• Experience working with journalists, creators, executives, government officials and other high-profile stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating across Communications, Policy, Legal, Marketing to deliver outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams at campaign speed with attention to detail.
• Experience drafting op-eds, executive remarks and briefing materials for VIP audiences.
• Collaborative, team-oriented judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive communications and narrative strategy within Meta's AI public affairs campaign across priority markets.
• Develop messages and proof points grounded in product and research reality for audience-specific formats.
• Set the engagement architecture for where and how Meta should appear and who leads.
• Build and run a proactive earned-media and third-party validation strategy across journalists, creators, and opinion writers.
• Prepare senior leaders for high-stakes engagements with crisp narrative framing and clear calls to action.
• Identify emerging moments in the AI landscape to deploy timely communications and rapid response.
• Build feedback loops to assess resonance and adjust strategy based on insights.
• Develop repeatable message toolkits for senior-stakeholder communications across markets.
