Job summary

EY seeks a Principal Architect for AI & Security within Information Security to lead AI protection architecture across AI agents, copilots, and data products. You translate business needs into scalable security designs and guide risk, compliance, and architecture decisions.

Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have 15+ years of IT/cybersecurity/AI architecture experience across enterprise-scale platforms and security capabilities.
7+ years of architecture experience, including solution architecture for enterprise-scale platforms.
5+ years of AI-related development including security architecture, data security, or AI protection solution design.

Responsibilities

Lead AI protection architecture for AI agents, copilot platforms, and data products across GenAI ecosystems.
Act as a senior architecture lead, driving strategy, target-state architecture, and security design decisions.
Define secure-by-design, Zero Trust, identity, data protection, monitoring, and guardrail controls for AI platforms.
Lead architecture reviews, threat modeling, control mapping, and risk assessments for AI-enabled solutions.
Partner with EY Fabric, engineering, product, data, and platform teams to embed AI protection into delivery processes.
Present AI protection strategy and architecture recommendations to senior leadership.
