Job summary

Qualifications

• You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027.
• You should have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.).
• You must be eligible to live and work permanently in the US.
• You will need to have a Degree and/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.: Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Info Technology and Info Systems.
• A good level of verbal and written English.
• Driving License.
• Willing to work full-time, in person.

Responsibilities

• Creates, refines, and optimizes textual prompts to guide AI models and tools towards desired outcomes.
• Works with users across the business to develop and implement practical applications for AI tools.
• Tests prompts and evaluates the performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Supports business process redesign efforts oriented around AI application.
• Coordinates with Business IT and Divisional IT for alignment and governance.
