Description

• Seeking an IT PM who has experience managing AI projects
• Working on a platform that uses AI to create and manage autonomous agents that can automate and enhance various marketing tasks.
• These agents can assist in areas like campaign optimization, personalization, and lead nurturing, ultimately helping businesses deliver more seamless and personalized customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-10 years of program management experience with a proven track record of delivering business value
• Project Planning and Execution: Manage and maintain use cases, project plans, timelines, and milestones. Ensure that goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Experience Managing AI projects
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including executives, Manage expectations and provide regular updates on program status. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and feedback
• Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to drive decisions and projects to completion, and enjoy working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment
• Understanding and ability to work in a matrix management environment
• Understanding the PLC process
• AI Agents used for Marketing would be a HUGE plus.
