Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced Project Management Specialists to evaluate and improve AI systems. You will assess AI‑generated project management content, coordinating schedules, budgets, staffing and stakeholder communications across technical projects.

Start date is immediate, for a 4–6 week engagement. Payment is task-based at first, with opportunity to switch to hourly payment for the remainder after first task approval.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, staffing, and budgets across technical projects.
• Able to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication.

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, and other project artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses head‑to‑head based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance.
• Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions and provide expert feedback.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll evaluate AI‑generated project management content and workflows, leveraging your real‑world expertise in coordinating schedules, budgets, staffing, and stakeholder communications across technical projects.

• Compare AI‑generated responses head‑to‑head based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance.
• Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions and provide expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or another closely related project management role.
• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross‑functional projects.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Additional Information

• Start date: Immediate
• Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks
• Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
