Job summary

Beacon Health System seeks an AI Project Leader to drive planning, execution, implementation, and optimization of AI initiatives across the organization. You will lead projects from intake to deployment, coordinating clinical, operational, IS, data, compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

You will manage plans, budgets, and resources, align AI efforts with governance standards, and ensure adoption and ongoing value realization across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale projects.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues.
• Ensure adherence to governance processes and PM standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder decision-making and executive escalation.
• Coordinate AI governance reviews with clinical, legal, privacy, security, and data governance teams.
• Monitor ROI and post-implementation value realization.
