Job summary

ECS Federal is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to support US Government AI initiatives from Fairfax, VA, with hybrid on-site work. The role emphasizes organizing meetings, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders to advance program goals.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain TS/SCI and CI poly.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 1–2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, ticket tracking systems, SharePoint, etc.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently.
• Experience tracking and reporting project metrics.
• Experience managing stakeholders and adjusting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrating meetings and capturing meeting minutes.
• Organizing project kickoff and Technical Exchange Meetings.
• Facilitating customer/partner engagements to recognize requirements.
• Assisting with resolving blockers and aligning cross-functional teams around project goals and technical requirements.
