Job description

We are looking for a Senior AI Product Marketing Manager to serve as the voice of the market and customer for an enterprise agentic application modernization platform. In this role, you will work alongside engineering and product teams on a monthly release cycle, translating complex technical capabilities into high-impact go-to-market strategies. You will own total addressable market (TAM) sizing, competitive intelligence, ideal customer profiles (ICP), and business-case narratives. Utilizing generative AI tools and agentic workflows daily, you will synthesize high volumes of market signals into a coherent story that empowers direct sales teams and cloud partner channels. Please note: This role is open exclusively to candidates based in the Greater Seattle area.

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Professional Experience
  • Must be physically located and authorized to work in the Greater Seattle area.
  • 5+ years of professional B2B product marketing experience for software, developer tools, or advanced technical services.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to communicate credibly with software engineers and cloud architects regarding legacy modernization and modern architectures.
  • Hands-on, daily proficiency with generative AI platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to build, manage, and orchestrate agent-driven research and content workflows.
  • Proven quantitative capability in building, defending, and maintaining Total Addressable Market (TAM) and market-sizing models.
  • Demonstrated track record of producing sales enablement materials with verified adoption across active enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven ability to operate within rapid monthly release cycles, managing ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain comprehensive TAM models by source technology and track pipeline projections against market models to inform executive and board-level strategy.
  • Mine customer call recordings and CRM data (Gong, HubSpot) for recurring objections, themes, and buying signals to guide product and sales priorities.
  • Maintain a living competitive intelligence repository covering modernization vendors, coding tools, and internal approaches, translating insights into actionable sales battlecards.
  • Continuously refine the enterprise Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) on a monthly cadence using win/loss data and field feedback.
  • Translate monthly release feature lists into clear positioning, messaging frameworks, and seller talk tracks delivered prior to launch dates.
  • Convert complex technical assessments into executive-ready business cases for IT leaders and budget owners, emphasizing risk reduction, cost savings, and speed.
  • Develop channel enablement briefs and collateral for partner account executives and technical specialists to support co-sell and marketplace motions.
  • Direct and orchestrate AI agents generating multi-channel collateral while applying rigorous editorial standards to eliminate generic AI copy and maintain brand voice.
Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in several of the following areas:

  • Quantitative Modeling & TAM: Building and defending TAM models, pipeline tracking, and analyzing deal intelligence data.
  • AI & Agentic Workflows: Daily hands-on utilization of advanced AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and orchestrating AI agents for competitive research, sentiment analysis, and content generation.
  • Revenue Intelligence & CRM: Extracting actionable buyer signals from revenue intelligence platforms such as Gong, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • GTM & Sales Enablement: Developing sales battlecards, pitch decks, demo narratives, and release-aligned collateral packages.
  • Modernization Fundamentals: Strong understanding of application modernization concepts, cloud migration pathways, and developer platforms.
Nice to Have
  • Experience within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including co-sell motions, Azure Marketplace, ACR growth, and Azure Technical Specialist enablement.
  • Familiarity with legacy application environments (e.g., VB6, WinForms, WebForms, Access, PowerBuilder, Clarion, Delphi) and modern platforms (.NET, Blazor, Microsoft Azure).
  • Prior background in AI-driven software delivery, cloud migrations, or developer platforms.
