Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC seeks a Program Manager to advance NWS AI/ML priorities, coordinate cross‑office initiatives, and document user needs. The role includes managing proposals, plans, costs, and schedules, while supporting communications and policy activities.

The PM will work with OSTI Chief Scientist to push AI strategy, coordinate councils and working groups, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones in a federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in business, management, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in program management.
• Active PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage user needs for NWS science and AI/ML projects.
• Provide cross-office program management for AI/ML initiatives; draft proposals, plans, and manage costs, schedule and scope.
• Coordinate communications, talking points, and status updates to NOAA/NWS management.
