Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience with minimum 2 years as team lead/supervisor.
• Strong full life cycle program management experience.
• Experience with Scrum agile methodologies and scaled agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile cross-functional teams of engineers, operations, and related roles.
• Own program plans, budgets, risks, and governance for complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to define scope and outcomes.
• Drive go-to-market activities and transition to marketing.
