Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking an AI Program Manager to own prioritization discipline, governance, and delivery rigor across the AI Enablement Center.

You will translate strategy into an executable roadmap, sequence initiatives, track delivery, and report ROI to governance. The role requires 8+ years in program management, familiarity with AI/ML delivery patterns, and the ability to work onsite or relocate to Buffalo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of program or portfolio management experience in tech or digital transformation.
• Ability to drive prioritization in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
• Strong executive reporting and synthesis for senior governance bodies.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Comfortable operating within a governance structure set by others, rather than setting strategy independently.
• Familiarity with AI/ML delivery patterns; execution discipline matters.
• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area, or be willing to relocate, to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Translate steering committee-approved strategy into an executable AEC roadmap and cadence.
• Own intake, prioritization, and sequencing of AI initiatives across all model types.
• Run portfolio governance rhythm: status reporting, risk tracking, resource allocation, stage-gate reviews.
• Own enterprise AI performance & ROI monitoring for governance reporting.
• Maintain a rolling 2–3 year roadmap that informs governance.
• Identify cross-group conflicts or resource constraints before blockers.
• Partner with Operating Group leads to align local use case prioritization with guardrails.
• Maintain a lightweight intake and governance process that accelerates as an enabler.
