Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Corporate AI Security Engineer to lead the enterprise AI Assurance program. The role focuses on secure, compliant, and responsible use of AI across the organization, including LLMs and Microsoft Copilot, in a hybrid Buffalo, NY setting.

The candidate will partner with Cyber Security, IT, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to establish governance, monitor AI usage, and report on assurance activities. Local NY candidates or relocation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and improve Moog's AI Assurance and Monitoring Program.
• Monitor AI usage for compliance with cyber security and governance requirements.
• Verify unauthorized AI software/tools are not used in production.
• Coordinate with IT, Cyber Security, and business units to remediate unauthorized AI usage.
• Design and maintain controls for AI usage logging, auditing, and alerting.
• Prepare monthly AI Assurance reports detailing usage trends, posture, and risks.
• Provide guidance on AI governance standards across the enterprise.
• Assess risks: data exposure, model behavior, prompt injection, third-party risks.
