As the AI Program Manager, you will build and run a program of AI initiatives that create efficiencies by automating repetitive tasks and removing process waste, partnering with Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (PM, eng, manufacturing, CS, data).
• 3+ years leading data/AI/automation programs in manufacturing.
• Mastery of business cases, roadmaps, stage gates, and financials.
• Strong cross-functional communication across ops, sales, marketing, IT, HR, finance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture objectives and translate to AI project requirements.
• Build simple business cases with departments and quantify benefits.
• Prioritize initiatives by value, impact, labor-hour avoidance, and risk.
• Roadmap AI projects with short, iterative deliverables and feasibility filters.
• Run stage-gated delivery: scope → pilot → scale with governance.
• Collaborate with Business and IT to develop data infrastructure for AI.
• Ensure ownership transfers to business; drive change management and adoption.
• Make value visible with metrics and share AI knowledge across the org.
