Job summary

Htprof in Milwaukee, WI, seeks an AI Program Manager to lead a portfolio of AI initiatives that automate repetitive tasks, reduce waste, and drive growth across North America. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance to select problems, deliver measurable outcomes quickly, and scale wins across plant sites.

You will oversee discovery, governance, and delivery, ensuring data privacy and cybersecurity guidelines are followed while coaching stakeholders to embed AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years leading data/AI/automation programs in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to deliver hard dollar benefits and labor hour avoidance.
• Mastery of program management: business cases, roadmaps, stage gates, financials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture objectives and translate into AI project requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives by value, impact, labor hour avoidance, and risk mitigation.
• Drive stage-gated delivery from scope to pilot to scale with governance and measurable results.
• Develop data and IT infrastructure to support AI program roadmap.
• Ensure AI ownership transitions to business stakeholders and AI becomes part of work processes.
