Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Product Management Lead for AI in Manufacturing to own end-to-end AI-enabled products across the Production Software portfolio.

You will define the AI product strategy and partner across Product, R&D, Architecture, Innovation, Experience Design, Services and Support, and drive AI adoption in both customer-facing solutions and internal product development processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or product leadership experience.
• Proven success delivering AI-enabled products from concept through commercial scale.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI product portfolio, including embedded AI features, AI offerings and AI services.
• Define product vision, requirements, roadmaps and business outcomes for AI capabilities.
• Partner across Hexagon’s Production Software teams to enable AI throughout the portfolio.
• Establish reusable AI models, APIs and tooling to accelerate delivery and reduce duplication.
• Develop and lead an AI-first framework supporting customer discovery, concept development, design, development, testing and launch.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI across market insights, requirements management, code generation, testing, experimentation and customer feedback.
• Standardise AI workflows, tools and best practices across Product and R&D.
• Drive the operationalisation of AI solutions from experimentation through production deployment.
• Define the strategy for applying AI across Services and Support.
• Partner with functional leaders to improve productivity, quality and customer experience.
• Establish KPIs to measure AI-driven business impact.
