Job summary

HellermannTyton is seeking an AI Program Manager to build and run a portfolio of AI initiatives across plants, creating efficiencies by automating repetitive tasks and reducing waste. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance to select problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and scale wins across North America.

Responsibilities include stakeholder interviews, program governance, and delivering value through data-driven roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Manufacturing, CS, Data).
• 3+ years leading data/AI/automation programs with manufacturing operations; proven hard-dollar benefits.
• Mastery of program management (business cases, roadmaps, stage gates, financials).
• Excellent stakeholder communication across Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Discovery: interview stakeholders, translate objectives, baseline performance and quantify benefits.
• Program management: prioritize initiatives by value, plan roadmaps, govern stage gates, manage risk.
• Delivery: ensure ownership transitions to business, drive AI adoption, track benefits, upskill staff.
• Governance: collaborate with Legal/HR on data privacy and AI use policies; ensure IT security compliance.
