Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Program Director (EM) to lead multiple Expert Service engagements, driving on-time, on-budget delivery and governance across large, complex programs. You will coordinate with the delivery team, address risks, and escalate issues to keep projects aligned with customer outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in professional services, prior ServiceNow experience, and a strong ability to work across partnerships and executives. Travel up to 50% is expected.

• 15 years progressive experience in a professional services organization.
• Prior ServiceNow experience on various workflows.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Expert Service engagements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement plans to address risks, issues, and escalations.
• Coach and lead PMs in large complex projects.
• Collaborate with sales, partner and customer to understand business value.
• Communicate and facilitate decision-making and customer buy-in.
