Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Technical Program Delivery Lead to drive cross-squad AI initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery, align roadmaps, manage dependencies, surface risks, and ensure on-time outcomes across Product, Engineering, Data, and Platform.

This contract role requires fluency in AI concepts and collaboration with enablement and adoption teams. You will join initiatives already in flight and add value quickly, coordinating with other delivery leads where scope

• Surface risks before delays and ensure on-time delivery of outcomes.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Platform to turn strategy into sequenced plans.
• Align initiative roadmaps, manage dependencies, and practice disciplined execution.
• Collaborate with AI Enablement stakeholders and adoption teams to ensure landing with users.
