Job description

Overview

Role Overview The AI Program Lead is responsible for driving measurable business outcomes by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering enterprise process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, expand margins, and reduce costs. This role ensures that AI and automation initiatives are tightly aligned to strategic priorities, supported by rigorous business cases, and executed with accountability for financial results. Serving as a bridge between strategy and execution, the role translates operational and commercial challenges into scalable, repeatable solutions. The AI Program Lead establishes disciplined intake, prioritization, and governance practices to ensure initiatives move beyond experimentation to sustained value creation across the enterprise. Ventura Community Partners, backed by Charlesbank Capital Partners, is a growing platform focused on building market-leading companies in community management and related services. Through operating companies including CCMC and HOAMCO, Ventura supports thousands of communities nationwide while advancing a clear mandate for growth, operational excellence, and innovation. This role plays a key part in enabling that next phase of scale and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Value Identification & Business Case Development

  • Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and performance gaps
  • Evaluate improvement opportunities based on financial impact, scalability, risk, and strategic alignment
  • Quantify expected benefits, including productivity gains, margin expansion, cost reduction, cycle-time improvement, and accuracy enhancements
  • Partner with Finance and Growth leaders to develop, validate, and track business cases and ROI
  • Prioritize initiatives based on enterprise value, execution readiness, and leadership sponsorship

Initiative Intake, Alignment & Enablement

  • Establish and manage a structured intake and prioritization framework to ensure initiatives align with enterprise goals
  • Lead structured discovery sessions and workshops to help business teams articulate problems, define outcomes, and identify viable solutions
  • Educate stakeholders on practical use cases, limitations, and responsible application of advanced tools
  • Translate business objectives into clear, outcome-driven initiatives with defined success metrics

Solution Evaluation & Pilot Oversight

  • Oversee the development and evaluation of pilots and proofs of value using internal and external resources
  • Assess solution options through cost-benefit analysis, scalability considerations, and operational fit
  • Synthesize findings into clear recommendations for business and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure pilots are designed to inform go-forward decisions, not standalone experimentation

Platform Strategy & Enterprise Enablement

  • Partner with Technology and Operations leaders to ensure platforms and tools support business priorities and long-term value realization
  • Promote standardization, reuse, and scalability across initiatives to avoid fragmentation
  • Ensure solutions integrate effectively into existing workflows, systems, and operating models

Delivery, Adoption & Value Realization

  • Provide oversight from initiative approval through implementation and enterprise rollout
  • Define KPIs and track realized benefits to ensure projected value is achieved and sustained
  • Support adoption through training, communication, and change management efforts
  • Maintain a prioritized roadmap of initiatives aligned to enterprise strategy and financial objectives

Governance, Risk & Responsible Use

  • Establish governance standards to ensure appropriate, secure, and compliant use of advanced tools
  • Partner with IT, Legal, and Risk teams to align initiatives with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain transparency into usage and proactively address risk or policy concerns
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience analyzing business processes and delivering measurable operational and financial improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to build business cases and manage initiatives with clear ROI accountability
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Operations, and senior business leaders
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable initiatives

Highly Preferred

  • Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation, automation, or optimization programs
  • Background in program management, operations transformation, or continuous improvement
  • Experience operating in regulated or data-sensitive environments
  • Exposure to multi-platform or post-acquisition enterprise environments

Preferred

  • Experience evaluating vendors, platforms, or solution pilots
  • Familiarity with change management and adoption strategies
  • Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance considerations in enterprise initiatives
What We Offer

  • Paid parental leave
  • Training and educational assistance
  • Support programs, including Employee Assistance Program and Calm Health
