The role involves leading a capstone project aimed at enhancing productivity using AI within Customer Experience and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities include evaluating workflows, analyzing manual tasks for AI enablement, and developing practical solutions such as prompts and templates. This remote internship offers $20 to $30 per hour and includes workshops, networking with executives, and an onsite orientation in Austin, Texas.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program.
• Strong interest in applying technology to improve team operations.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and improve workflows.
