Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in CS, data science, information systems, analytics, or related field.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and automation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems; SAP is a plus.
• Some exposure to LLN/AI tooling and building with AI APIs is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable with real-world, messy data.
• Interest in sales operations, forecasting, or business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Map and document current workflows for forecast reconciliation and CRM/ERP data pulls.
• Research and evaluate automation approaches (scripting, AI tools, RPA) for workflows.
• Build data pipelines from Salesforce, SAP/ERP, and forecasting platforms.
• Prototype AI-assisted tools for anomaly detection, NLQ interfaces, and summaries.
• Automate recurring reports and dashboarding for pipeline health and data checks.
• Develop Python/SQL scripts to flag data inconsistencies and configuration errors.
• Create a lightweight internal tool for self-serve access to pipeline data.
• Test automation outputs and document findings for ongoing maintenance.
