Job summary

HOME is seeking a Project Manager – AI Production Systems to plan, coordinate, and deliver AI-enabled production initiatives across creative, production, technology, and business teams. The role ensures on-time, on-scope delivery while aligning with organizational goals and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in technology, creative production, marketing, or digital environments.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver AI and production technology initiatives within HOME.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI Developers, Creative Technologists, CGI Artists, Production, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support AI-enabled workflows that improve creative production efficiency and scalability.
• Track budgets, schedules, priorities, and project performance metrics.
• Lead project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and process improvements.
• Promote Agile project management practices and continuous improvement across teams.
