Job summary

Likewize is seeking an AI Product Solutions Specialist to join our Product Management team at our Southlake, Texas headquarters. You will bridge product, technology, and business to identify AI opportunities, build hands-on prototypes, and lead internal teams from concept to launch.

You’ll translate complex business needs into measurable product requirements, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and ensure secure, compliant AI solutions that deliver real value.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting or similar delivering technology solutions from idea to launch.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, or contributing to AI-powered prototypes.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Ability to write or troubleshoot code in Python and work with APIs, structured data, and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills to tell a compelling story, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across functions and regions.
• Curiosity and judgment on when AI is the right solution versus simpler approaches.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Build and test AI-powered prototypes using tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, APIs, automation platforms, and custom solutions.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and delivery plans.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Security, and stakeholders to move from concept through UAT and launch.
• Evaluate solution performance, adoption, risk, scalability, and customer impact while continuously improving outcomes.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, responsible, and compliant with privacy and business requirements.

Likewize is searching for a hands-on and business-oriented AI Product Solutions Specialist to join our Product Management team at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas. As our AI Product Solutions Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of product, technology, and business innovation. You'll identify opportunities where AI can improve customer and operational experiences, build hands-on prototypes to prove value, and partner with teams across the business to bring successful ideas to life. This is a highly visible role for someone who loves solving problems, telling compelling product stories, and getting their hands dirty building solutions.

Your Key Areas of Focus

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling story, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across multiple functions and regions.
• Curiosity, creativity, and sound judgment in determining when AI is the right solution and when a simpler approach is the better answer.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
