FORT is looking for an AI-powered Product Manager to join our growing SaaS team. This role blends strong product-management fundamentals with a passion for applying AI to build working prototypes fast.

You will work with customers and stakeholders to translate challenges into tangible features, create user stories and specs, and guide engineering, QA, and design in an Agile/Scrum process using AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management or hybrid PM/Builder role.
• Hands-on with AI tooling to build prototypes.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with backlog management.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear specs and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We're working with a growing, innovative SaaS technology company looking for an AI-Powered Product Manager to join their team.

This isn't your traditional Product Manager role. We're looking for someone who combines strong product management fundamentals with a genuine passion for building products using AI.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their challenges, translate ideas into tangible solutions, and leverage AI-powered development tools to rapidly build working prototypes before handing features over to engineering.

If you're the type of Product Manager who would rather build a working prototype in Cursor, Lovable, or Replit than spend weeks writing specifications, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the product development process from customer discovery and requirements gathering through to feature delivery.
• Build interactive, functional prototypes using AI coding assistants and low-code/no-code platforms to validate product ideas quickly.
• Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, demonstrate solutions, and gather feedback.
• Translate product concepts into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality software features.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint priorities, and delivery timelines within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, test case creation, product discovery, and development workflows.
• Continuously explore emerging AI technologies and introduce new ways to improve product development efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or a hybrid Product Manager/Builder role.
• Hands‑on experience building functional prototypes using AI tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, v0, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• A genuine builder mentality — someone who actively experiments with AI-assisted development rather than simply using AI for research or documentation.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience translating customer requirements into clear technical and functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and non-technical customers.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment where ownership, adaptability, and initiative are essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into practical product solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Previous experience in a technical product role or building production-ready applications using AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience working with complex software platforms and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern AI development workflows and emerging AI-assisted coding technologies.
